I liked the sturdiness and smoothness of this bowl. The problem l found was it was shown in the picture that it had much more beautiful grains in it. What l recieved was just a few grain lines. Really dissatisfied with that aspect of this bowl as l wanted it for display purposes.It’s a beautiful piece and even though slightly warped on arrival it still works for my personal end use. But I wouldn’t use this for food.As soon as you draw a knife across the bottom or stab it with a fork, it’s marred forever.Great base for displaying other things, however.Bad qualityThese wood plates are nice. I also appreciate the good packaging as they arrived in mint condition.The bowls are attractive and are very durable in which to serve salad or soup. They are very easily washed and dried by hand. They are light weight and will not break like pottery bowls do when accidentally dropped in sink.
