The thickness of the plastic is substantial and there is plenty of glitter to make them beautiful.Worked great but upon opening the package several plates and cups had cracks running though them so I had to throw some away.Definitely wash them, they smell like spray paint.Loved them..packaged nicely...were beautiful at the event!!Finish the set with the cups from the same brand! Used for a baptism and everyone loved them. Very sturdy plates that do not break easily. Excellent.Really pretty dishes but a bit think.I loved these plates.
