The product description makes it sound as if this is a full set of fractional plates but I paid $20 and was sent only the 2.5 lb plates. I've decided to return them and order a full set of fractional plates. These plates seem to be of decent quality but the paint is chipped upon receiving.Edited to remove a star because I had to print a return label to return which cost me $3.
